Product details
The FT-517 from F-tone Networks is a high-temperature multicore sensor cable with a Teflon (PTFE) jacket for optical fiber temperature sensing systems. The PTFE jacket tolerates sustained exposure to 150 degree C environments while the cable retains high tensile and compressive strength and stable performance across wide temperature swings. Available in G652D single-mode as well as 50/125 and 62.5/125 multimode fiber, it is built for distributed temperature sensing in industrial plants, furnaces and other hot environments where standard jackets would fail.
