1-Fiber Single-Mode Metal Messenger Wire LSZH FTTH Drop Cable

The FT-3905 is a 1-fiber single-mode self-supporting FTTH drop cable built to the GJXFH construction, combining the optical unit with an integrated messenger wire for aerial runs between poles and buildings. A metal strength member provides the tensile capacity to carry the cable across outdoor spans without an external support strand. The single-mode fiber offers attenuation of ≤0.36 dB/km at 1310 nm and ≤0.22 dB/km at 1550 nm, with a cable cut-off wavelength of ≤1260 nm. The LSZH outer sheath keeps smoke emission low where the drop enters the building. Outer dimensions are (2.0±0.2) × (5.0±0.2) mm, giving a compact figure-8 profile for lashed and self-supporting installations.
