The FT-3911 from F-tone Networks is a single-mode armored sensor cable combining spiral metal armor, Kevlar strength members and a copper braid under a flame-retardant jacket. The layered construction resists crushing, tension and rodent damage while the flame-retardant outer jacket suits installations where fire performance matters. The cable is specified with attenuation of 0.3 dB/km at 1550 nm and 1.5 dB/km at 1300 nm. It is built for fiber-optic sensing networks and industrial monitoring runs that demand both mechanical protection and stable optical performance.
