OM2 Multimode Single-Armored Tight-Buffered Indoor Cable

The FT-OM2-201 from F-tone Networks is an OM2 multimode tight-buffered indoor cable with a single steel-wire armor layer for added crush and rodent resistance. Available in fiber counts from 1 to 12 cores, it uses a compact multi-core tight-buffered construction suited to riser shafts, in-building backbones and data center entrance facilities. The cable is rated with attenuation of no more than 0.36 dB/km at 1310 nm and 0.22 dB/km at 1550 nm, with a cable cut-off wavelength of 1260 nm or less. Its small outer diameter keeps routing through crowded trays and conduits straightforward in indoor plant installations.
