1-Core 50/125 µm Multimode Non-Metallic PBT Gel-Filled Temperature Sensing Cable

The FT-461 from F-tone Networks is a 1-core 50/125 µm multimode non-metallic PBT gel-filled temperature sensing cable built for temperature and stress measurement in harsh infrastructure. The non-metallic construction suits high-voltage and high-electromagnetic environments, with a PBT loose tube protecting the fiber for solid mechanical performance. Attenuation is 3.5 dB/km at 850 nm and 1.5 dB/km at 1300 nm. The flame-retardant outer jacket resists water and oil, and the cable works from -20 °C to +85 °C. Outer diameter is 4.00 ± 0.20 mm with a dynamic bend radius of 20D and static 10D. Long-term tension is 200 N (short-term 300 N) and crush strength is 800 N long-term, 1000 N short-term.
