960/1000µm Step-Index PMMA Simplex Plastic Optical Fiber, 7.0mm Double Jacket

The FT-7-0MM packs a 960 µm PMMA core and 1,000 µm step-index cladding into a rugged 7.0 mm double-jacket build for 650 nm visible-band links. The large-core plastic fiber keeps termination and alignment simple, while the thick PE double jacket protects the fiber in demanding field installations. It operates from -45 to +75 °C, covering FTTH distribution, intelligent home and office networks, automotive and smart-device wiring, and industrial control systems. The large-core design tolerates minor misalignment during termination, and the fluorinated-polymer cladding keeps optical loss low across the visible band.
