FT-1-5M-5 ST UPC to ST UPC 12-Fiber Singlemode Preterminated Cable

Overview

The FT-1-5M-5 is a 1.5-meter preterminated multi-fiber cable built on 9/125 um single-mode OS2 fiber. Twelve fibers are fan-out terminated with ST UPC connectors on both ends, so the assembly ships factory-polished and ready for immediate installation. Each 0.9 mm PVC breakout keeps individual legs protected while remaining flexible for routing in crowded panels and racks. Insertion loss is rated below 0.3 dB with 50 dB return loss at the 1310 and 1550 nm operating wavelengths. Temperature tolerance spans -45 to +85 C, with -40 to 75 C rated for continuous operation. The cable provides a fast way to bring twelve single-mode channels between switches, patch panels and distribution frames without field termination.
