The FT-XFP-10G-120KM pushes XFP DWDM optics to 120 km, the longest reach in this DWDM family, for regional spans that must run without intermediate amplification. Each module carries 10 Gbps on the 100 GHz ITU grid with 45 channel options (DXFP-10G17-120 through DXFP-10G61-120), and the compact XFP footprint packs more wavelengths per line card than X2 or XENPAK predecessors. Single-span 120 km links suit intercity spurs, utility corridors and rural backhaul where powered mid-span sites are impractical. Channel-specific part numbers make ordering the exact wavelength easy.
