84Mbps 1x9 ST Optical Transceiver, 1550nm, 100km Single-Mode

The FT-84M-38 is an 84 Mbps single-mode optical transceiver in the classic 1x9 (single-row 9-pin) package, terminating with an ST receptacle for single-mode fiber plants. FT-84M-38 mates the 100 km, 1550 nm reach with an ST bayonet receptacle, the connector still common on industrial and military line cards. The twist-lock interface resists vibration in cabinets and field enclosures better than push-pull styles. The module operates on either 3.3 V or 5 V with LVTTL/TTL signal levels and is available in commercial (0 to 70 °C) and industrial (-40 to 85 °C) temperature ranges, with receptacle and pigtail optical interface options to match different line-card layouts.
