622M 1x9 ST Multimode Transceiver, 850/1310nm, 550m/2km

Overview

The FT-622M-3 is a 622 Mbps 1x9 optical transceiver module with an ST receptacle interface for multimode fiber links, targeting SDH/SONET, ATM and Ethernet aggregation equipment for the classic ST bayonet connector. It reaches 550 m at 850 nm over 50/125 or 62.5/125 μm multimode fiber and 2 km at 1310 nm for extended campus links. The module accepts a 3.3 V or 5 V supply with LVTTL/TTL signal levels, and is offered in commercial (0 to 70 °C) or industrial (-40 to 85 °C) grades, plus a grounded FC/ST option rated -40 to 105 °C. EMC Class A metal shield housing controls emissions. The 622M 1x9 family also includes SC and FC connector variants for the same multimode reaches.
