Overview

The FT-622M-10 is a 622 Mbps 1x9 optical transceiver module with an ST receptacle interface for single-mode spans up to 20 km, built for STM-4/OC-12 SDH/SONET links and industrial field equipment using the bayonet-lock ST connector. It operates at 1310 nm with LVPECL signal levels on a 3.3 V supply, suiting metro access and plant-floor aggregation links. Commercial (0 to 70 °C) and industrial (-40 to 85 °C) grades are available, plus a grounded FC/ST option rated -40 to 105 °C, in an EMC Class A metal shield housing. The single-mode 622M family spans 20 km to 100 km, with SC and FC connector options available.
