2Mbps 1x9 ST Multi-Mode Optical Transceiver, 550m/2km

Overview

The FT-2M-8 is a 2Mbps 1x9 optical transceiver module built for multi-mode fiber links. It uses an ST bayonet connector and comes in two wavelength options: 850nm for reaches up to 550m, and 1310nm for reaches up to 2km, giving installers a choice for short and medium building runs. The module works from a 3.3V or 5V supply with LVTTL/TTL signal levels, so it fits directly onto existing serial interface boards. Commercial (0 to 70°C) and industrial (-40 to 85°C) temperature grades cover both indoor racks and harsh field sites. The standard 1x9 footprint keeps integration simple for equipment already designed around 1x9 sockets.
