Overview

The FT-1-25G-BIDI-6 is a 1.25 Gbps bidirectional (BIDI) optical transceiver in a compact 1x9 package, built for long-haul single-mode fiber links between 60 and 100 km. It uses a single fiber strand with paired wavelength combinations — 1310/1550 nm or 1490/1550 nm depending on reach — so one module transmits while its paired module receives. The ST connector interface suits legacy and industrial installations where ST panels are already in place. Powered from a 3.3 V rail with an LVPECL signal interface, the module supports both commercial (0 to 70 ℃) and industrial (-40 to 85 ℃) temperature grades, making it a flexible option for telecom access and metro networks.
