The FT-SFP-1-25G-150KM-1270-1610 is a 1.25 Gb/s CWDM SFP transceiver operating across the 1270 to 1610 nm band, covering all 18 CWDM wavelengths. It delivers 150 km of single-mode transmission at Gigabit Ethernet rates using a CWDM DFB laser transmitter paired with an APD receiver.
The module is hot-pluggable in standard SFP slots, runs on a single +3.3 V supply, and carries a duplex LC optical interface. Digital diagnostic monitoring reports temperature, voltage, bias current and optical power in real time, simplifying link supervision on long-haul routes. It suits carrier metro, access aggregation and enterprise backbone links that need extended reach without external amplification.
