Overview

The FT-84M-45 is an 84 Mb/s 1x9 optical transceiver built for single-mode transmission up to 60 km. It pairs an SC receptacle interface with a 1310 nm transmitter, delivering stable sub-rate optical transport over standard single-mode fiber. The module operates from a 3.3 V or 5 V supply with LVTTL/TTL signal levels, and is offered in commercial (0 to 70 °C) and industrial (-40 to 85 °C) temperature grades. Its 1x9 package suits line cards and multiplexer equipment where through-hole mounting and a compact footprint are required. The series also supports FC and ST receptacle or pigtail interfaces for different cabling layouts.
