The FT-84M-4 is an 84 Mbps multimode 1x9 optical transceiver fitted with an SC connector. At 1310 nm it reaches 2 km over multimode fiber, suiting campus backbones, industrial networks, and legacy access platforms. The module accepts 3.3 V or 5 V supplies with LVTTL/TTL levels and is available in commercial and industrial temperature grades for varied deployment environments. The SC interface matches widely installed patch panels, and the 1x9 footprint allows direct replacement in existing line cards and media converters without board redesign.
