The FT-84M-33 is an 84 Mbps single-mode optical transceiver in the classic 1x9 (single-row 9-pin) package, terminating with an SC receptacle for single-mode fiber plants. FT-84M-33 combines an SC receptacle with 1550 nm optics to cover 100 km single-mode spans at 84 Mbps, the longest reach in the series. Its push-pull connector mates quickly in dense panels, a practical fit for regional backbones and relay-station chains. The module operates on either 3.3 V or 5 V with LVTTL/TTL signal levels and is available in commercial (0 to 70 °C) and industrial (-40 to 85 °C) temperature ranges, with receptacle and pigtail optical interface options to match different line-card layouts.
