622M 1x9 SC Single-Mode Transceiver, 1310/1550nm, 60-100km

Overview

The FT-622M-9 is a long-haul 622 Mbps 1x9 optical transceiver module with an SC receptacle interface, serving single-mode reaches from 60 km to 100 km on STM-4/OC-12 backbones. The 60 km variant transmits at 1310 nm, while the 80 km and 100 km variants use 1550 nm for lower attenuation on extended spans. All run on 3.3 V with LVPECL signal levels and are offered in commercial (0 to 70 °C) or industrial (-40 to 85 °C) temperature grades, in an EMC Class A metal shield housing. The SC push-pull connector supports fast field handling. Shorter 20 km and 40 km versions, plus FC and ST connector options, complete the family.
