622M 1x9 SC Single-Mode Transceiver, 1310nm, 20km

Overview

The FT-622M-7 is a 622 Mbps 1x9 optical transceiver module with an SC receptacle interface for single-mode spans up to 20 km, designed for STM-4/OC-12 SDH/SONET links and telecom aggregation nodes using the widely deployed SC connector. It transmits at 1310 nm with LVPECL signal levels on a 3.3 V supply, covering metro access and inter-office connections. Commercial (0 to 70 °C) and industrial (-40 to 85 °C) temperature grades are available. The metal shield housing meets EMC Class A emissions requirements. The 622M single-mode family scales from 20 km to 100 km and is also offered with FC or ST connectors.
