155M 1x9 SC Single-Mode Optical Transceiver, 20km

Overview

The FT-155M-8 is a 155 Mbps 1x9 single-mode optical transceiver with an SC connector, designed for 20 km links over single-mode fiber at 1310 nm. Drawing power from a 3.3 V supply and using an LVPECL signal interface, it suits cost-sensitive SONET/SDH STM-1, Fast Ethernet and ATM deployments where moderate reach is sufficient. Commercial (0 to 70 degC) and industrial (-40 to 85 degC) temperature versions are available, and the metal shield with plastic housing construction meets EMC Class A requirements. Customizable metallized connectors are available on request from F-tone Networks.
