1.25G MM BIDI 1x9 SC Multimode Optical Transceiver, 2km

Overview

The FT-1-25G-BIDI-8 packs 1.25 Gbps bidirectional optical transmission into the industry-standard 1x9 form factor, reaching up to 2 km over multimode fiber. Instead of the usual fiber pair, it carries both directions on one strand by assigning 1310 nm to one direction and 1550 nm to the other, which halves fiber consumption in the link. The SC push-pull connector simplifies installation and moves in dense patch panels. It runs on 3.3 V with an LVPECL electrical interface for direct compatibility with classic 1x9 host designs. Available in commercial (0 to 70 ℃) and industrial (-40 to 85 ℃) temperature grades, it fits office networks as well as harsher cabinet environments.
