622M 1x9 FC Single-Mode Transceiver, 1310/1550nm, 60-100km

Overview

The FT-622M-6 is a long-haul 622 Mbps 1x9 optical transceiver module with an FC receptacle interface, covering single-mode reaches from 60 km to 100 km for STM-4/OC-12 backbones. The 60 km option operates at 1310 nm; the 80 km and 100 km options use 1550 nm for lower fiber attenuation on extended spans. All variants run on 3.3 V with LVPECL signal levels and are offered in commercial (0 to 70 °C) or industrial (-40 to 85 °C) grades, plus a grounded FC/ST option rated -40 to 105 °C, in an EMC Class A metal shield housing. The threaded FC connector suits vibration-prone cabinets. Shorter 20 km and 40 km versions, plus SC and ST connector options, complete the family.
