10G Media Converter RJ45 to SFP+ Fiber Transceiver

Overview

The FTM-10G is a standalone 10G media converter that bridges a 10GBase-T copper port and a 10G SFP+ fiber port. The RJ45 side auto-negotiates 100/1000Base-T and 2.5/5/10GBase-T over up to 100 m of Cat6e cable, while the SFP+ cage accepts standard 10G modules covering 300 m multimode links to 80 km single-mode spans. Four LEDs report copper link, speed, fiber link and power at a glance. The pocket-sized chassis (91 x 59 x 20.5 mm) runs on an external DC 12 V adapter at 0.75 to 3 W, and it is rated from -20 to +60 degrees C for wiring closets and industrial cabinets.
