Overview

The FT-SFP-1G-20KM-1551 is a dual-channel compact SFP transceiver from F-tone Networks for single-fiber 20km links. Operating at 1311/1551nm, each of the two 1.25G channels sends and receives over one fiber strand, so operators gain twice the capacity per switch port. The module combines an FP laser, rated -9 to -3dBm, with a -22.5dBm PIN receiver for dependable margins on access routes. Multi-rate operation and an LC interface keep it flexible across equipment generations, and optional commercial, industrial, or military temperature grades extend its use from central offices to outdoor enclosures.
