Overview

The FT-SFP-100M-120KM-1550 is a 100BASE-EZX SFP transceiver for extended-reach Fast Ethernet links at 155 Mbps. Its 1550nm operation over single-mode fiber supports spans up to 120km, removing the need for intermediate repeaters on many metro and regional routes. The standard SFP form factor fits common SFP ports, so deployment and spares remain simple. F-tone Networks designs this module for carriers and enterprises that need a single long optical hop with dependable performance. The module supports plug-and-play deployment in standard Fast Ethernet switches and aggregation equipment.
