100G QSFP28 LR4 1310nm 20km Optical Transceiver

Overview

The FT-QSFP28-LR4-100G is a 100G QSFP28 optical transceiver from F-tone Networks for 20 km links over single-mode fiber. It uses four LAN WDM wavelengths around 1310 nm with DML transmitter arrays and built-in digital diagnostics (DOM). The module runs at dual rate: 100GBASE-LR4 Ethernet and 112GBASE-OTU4 for transport networks. Transmit power spans -1.0 to 4.5 dBm at 100G and 0 to 4 dBm at 112G, with NRZ modulation and power consumption at or below 3.5 W. The duplex LC interface suits long-reach aggregation where a single 100G lane group must travel well beyond the campus.
