1-Channel Unidirectional HD-SDI over Single-Mode Fiber Transmitter and Receiver Set

The FT-3925 from F-tone Networks is a 1-channel unidirectional HD-SDI transmitter and receiver set that transports broadcast-grade serial digital video over one single-mode fiber, with 1-channel reverse data and 1-channel analog audio on the same fiber. It handles SMPTE 292M, 259M, 297M, 305M and 310M plus M2S, DVB-ASI and DVB-SSI protocols plus telecom/datacom signals from 19.4 Mb/s to 1.485 Gb/s, equalized and re-clocked before optical transmission. Wavelength options are 1310 nm, 1550 nm or 16 CWDM channels per ITU-T G.694.2, with 20 km reach. LED status indication and optional hot-plug SFP with network management are supported. Operating temperature ranges from -40 to +50 degrees C.
