10G SR 850nm 300m Multimode Camera-Type Transceiver

Overview

The FT-10G-300M-850 is a 10G short-reach optical transceiver in camera-type form factor, built for board-mounted integration rather than pluggable cages. At only 12 mm tall with a full metal housing, it solders onto equipment boards where space and EMI shielding matter, such as industrial cameras and embedded vision systems. The 850 nm transmitter drives up to 300 m over multimode fiber through a duplex LC interface at 10.3125 Gbps. Surface-mount I/O pins are laid out for high-speed signal integrity, the anti-vibration design suits moving equipment, and the module operates down to -40 C on a single +3.3 V supply.
