Overview

Mobile fronthaul demands strict timing and long reach. The FT-XFP-DW10G31-80C from F-tone Networks serves CPRI and eCPRI links at 11.1 Gbps on the 1552.52 nm C31 DWDM channel, letting operators multiplex many cell-site fibers onto one pair across spans up to 80 km. A DWDM EML transmitter launches 0 to +4.0 dBm into single-mode fiber, and the APD receiver detects signals below -23.0 dBm for reliable reception after long runs. Digital diagnostics support proactive maintenance of distributed sites, and three temperature grades cover rooftop cabinets to sheltered hubs. SFP+ MSA compliance keeps it interoperable with standard transport platforms.
