10G XFP DWDM 1543.73nm 80km Transceiver

Overview

Every decibel counts on an 80 km metro span. The FT-XFP-DW10G42-80C from F-tone Networks works the C42 channel at 1543.73 nm on the 100 GHz grid, pairing a DWDM EML transmitter at 0 to +4.0 dBm with an APD receiver sensitive to better than -23.0 dBm, which leaves generous margin for splices, connectors and aging fiber. The 11.1 Gbps data rate runs over single-mode fiber via LC duplex, and DOM support tracks the optical budget in real time. Commercial, industrial or military temperature grades cover street cabinets as well as controlled sites. OEM-compatible part numbers for major platforms make it a direct swap in live DWDM rings.
