100GBASE-SR4 and OTN Multirate CFP4 850nm 100m Transceiver

Overview

The FT-CFP4-100G-SR4-850 packs 100G short-reach optics into the compact CFP4 form factor. Four 25G VCSEL lanes combine into one 100GBASE-SR4 channel at 850nm, moving up to 103.1 Gb/s over multimode fiber up to 100 m. A PIN receiver array and an MPO (MTP12) connector simplify fiber patching, while digital diagnostics provide continuous monitoring of optical parameters. The module runs from a 3.3 V supply in commercial 0 to 70 °C conditions. Its reduced footprint makes it practical for line-card density upgrades, data center 100G aggregation layers and telecom access links where panel space is limited.
