10/100M Dual Fiber 1310nm 20km Ethernet Media Converter

Overview

The FT-100M-1310 is a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet media converter that extends Fast Ethernet over dual-fiber single-mode links at 1310 nm. The optical side operates at 100 Mbps with a reach of 20 km per the datasheet, while the copper side offers a 1-port RJ45 interface auto-negotiating 10/100 Mbps. Duplex SC, ST and FC fiber connectors are available, and the unit can be powered externally or with a built-in supply. Front-panel LEDs report TX LINK, FX LINK, TX ACT, FX ACT, PWR and FDX status, and the converter operates from -20 to 75 °C at 5 to 90 percent relative humidity.
