100G CFP to QSFP28 Adapter Converter Module

Overview

The FT-CVR-CFP-100G is an adapter converter that lets a QSFP28 optical module run inside a CFP cage. It maps the CFP host electrical interface to a single QSFP28 slot, supporting aggregate rates up to 112 Gbps under IEEE P802.3bm. Operators keep existing CFP line cards in service while deploying QSFP28 optics on selected ports, avoiding a full line-card replacement. Digital diagnostics remain available for real-time monitoring of the installed module. The converter is rated for commercial temperature from 0 to 70 °C, with industrial and military grades offered on request for harsher sites.
