100G QSFP28 BiDi 1304/1309nm 40km Transceiver with DDM

Overview

The FT-QSFP28-100G-BIDI-1304 is a 100G BiDi transceiver for 40-kilometer single-fiber links. It transmits at 1304 nm and receives at 1309 nm through a simplex LC connector, with the reverse 1309-transmit variant completing the pair. Digital diagnostic monitoring reports temperature, supply voltage, bias current and optical power for remote link health checks. The module runs on 3.3 V, dissipates at most 4.5 W and operates from 0 to 70 °C case temperature. Launch power spans 1.7 to 7.1 dBm against a receiver sensitivity of −13.8 dBm (OMA), leaving solid margin across the 40 km span. One fiber carries the 100 Gb/s channel in both directions.
