1.25G SFP 1490/1310nm BiDi 10km Single-Fiber Transceiver

Overview

The FT-SFP-BIDI-1310-10 is a 1.25 Gbps SFP transceiver that moves full-duplex gigabit traffic across a single strand of single-mode fiber. It transmits at 1490 nm and receives at 1310 nm, forming the downstream side of the pair; the upstream module at the remote end must use TX 1310 nm / RX 1490 nm. A 10 km rating covers short access and campus spans, where saving one fiber strand per link quickly adds up across many connections. The standard SFP package is hot-swappable and installs in seconds into any SFP cage, while the simplex LC/SC interface keeps cabling simple. F-tone Networks manufactures the module to the stated specifications for duplex performance without duplex fiber.
