1064 nm 10/20 W Optical Isolator

Overview

The FT-1064-35 is a high-power optical isolator for 1064 nm laser systems, rated for 10 to 20 W of average optical power. It transmits light in the forward direction and strongly attenuates any return light, shielding seed diodes and pump lasers from back-reflections that create noise or cause damage. Built for continuous-wave fiber laser output, the isolator combines low forward insertion loss with high reverse isolation across all polarization states. It also accepts kilowatt-class peak pulses with 10 ns pulse widths, fitting laser chains used for marking, welding and micromachining.
