Overview
The FT-1064-31 is a compact 300 mW optical isolator for 1064 nm applications including fiber lasers, Raman amplifiers and transmitters. It allows forward propagation with low insertion loss while providing high isolation against reverse light, protecting sensitive sources in low-power optical chains. Specified across all polarization states with high return loss on both the input and output, the isolator suits seed protection in amplifier systems and stabilization of 1064 nm transmitters where back-reflections must stay minimal. The device handles up to 300 mW of average optical power and tolerates kilowatt-class nanosecond pulses, fitting laboratory benches, seed-amplifier chains and OEM transmitter modules where space and back-reflection control both matter.
