1040nm Compact Size High Power PM Isolator (up to 10W)

Overview

Designed for power scaling, this compact 1040 nm PM isolator handles continuous-wave levels up to 10 W while maintaining polarization. The Faraday stage blocks backward light that could damage amplifiers or destabilize oscillators, and the fast axis is blocked to enforce single-polarization output. Low insertion loss, high return loss and high isolation are the defining optical features, and the compact housing suits densely packed laser heads. Target deployments include high-power fiber lasers and ultra-fast systems where a small isolator must sit close to the gain fiber. The short package fits space-constrained modules, and PM pigtails connect directly to standard polarization-maintaining chains.
