1030nm 300mW Non-PM TGG-Based Isolator

Overview

The FT-1030-25 is a 300 mW non-PM optical isolator built around a TGG magneto-optic crystal, operating at 1030 nm. The TGG-based Faraday design delivers the isolation needed at the seed and pre-amplifier stages of Yb-doped fiber lasers, where optical power stays below a few hundred milliwatts. Its polarization-insensitive layout accepts light of any polarization state, simplifying integration with unpolarized seed sources. Low insertion loss preserves seed energy while high isolation blocks reflections that could disturb the oscillator. The device suits laboratory test instruments, fiber sensors and compact fiber laser modules requiring dependable one-way transmission.
