1030nm 10/20W High Power Non-PM Isolator

Overview

The FT-1030-23 is a non-PM high power optical isolator for 1030 nm systems, rated for 10 W and 20 W continuous operation. Because it is polarization insensitive, it drops into laser chains fed by unpolarized or randomly polarized sources without alignment of a preferred axis. The isolator transmits the forward beam with low loss and blocks back-reflected light, protecting pump diodes, seed sources and amplifiers from destabilizing feedback. It is aimed at fiber laser integration, fiber sensing and general test instrumentation where straightforward protection at watt-level power is required. High isolation and high return loss are the core design targets of the device.
