1-Channel Duplex DWDM OADM LGX Module (East-and-West, 100GHz)

The FT-3929 from F-tone Networks is a 1-channel duplex DWDM optical add/drop multiplexer in an LGX module, built to add and drop one DWDM wavelength over a dual-fiber link in both east and west directions. Using high-performance filter technology, this passive device optically inserts or extracts DWDM channels while the remaining wavelengths continue on the trunk. It expands bandwidth on existing fiber for metro-core, metro-access and enterprise builds in point-to-point, ring or bus layouts. The module provides a common trunk port with separate add/drop ports on the west and east sides, on a 100 GHz (0.8 nm) or 200 GHz (1.6 nm) grid. LC, SC, ST and FC connectors are offered.
