1030nm PM Fused Fiber Coupler (1x2, 2x2)

Overview

The FT-1030-4 is a polarization-maintaining fused fiber coupler offered in 1x2 and 2x2 port configurations for 1030 nm systems. It splits or combines optical signals with a minimum extinction ratio of 20 dB and maximum excess loss of 0.5 dB, preserving polarization state through PM panda fiber. Standard tap ratios cover 50/50, 40/60, 30/70, 20/80, 10/90, 5/95 and 1/99. The coupler handles up to 3 W continuous-wave power and runs from -5 to +75 °C, making it a practical building block for coherent communication links, power monitoring taps and fiber sensor networks.
