1-Channel HD-AHD Fiber Optic Transceiver, 0–20 km

The FT-334 from F-tone Networks is a 1-channel HD-AHD fiber optic video transceiver for extending high-definition camera signals over fiber. It carries one video channel 0 to 550 m on multimode fiber or 0 to 20 km on single-mode fiber at 1310 or 1550 nm. The video path uses BNC 75 Ω connectors with 45 MHz video bandwidth and 108 MHz sampling at 10-bit. The unit runs from DC 5 V at 2 A, draws 6 W or less, and is rated from -40 to 75 °C with an MTBF of 100000 hours. Housed in a 104 by 104 by 28 mm wall-mount enclosure, it suits HD analog CCTV, traffic monitoring and perimeter security systems.
