0.01μm ADS Silica Fiber Polishing Film, 127mm Round Disc

The FT-127MM-4 is a 0.01 μm ADS series fiber polishing film supplied as a 127 mm (5 inch) round disc. The film consists of precision abrasive particles bonded to a flexible substrate, providing a controlled surface for ultra-fine grinding and polishing. It is used for finishing fiber connector ferrules, as well as for polishing semiconductor materials and metal rollers where tight surface tolerances are required. Available grit sizes in the series range from 0.5 to 45 μm, and round discs come in Φ70, Φ110, Φ127 and Φ203 mm formats, with square sheets also offered.
