Overview

The FT-1600G-3 is an MT fiber array unit (MT-FAU) integrated with an OE lens for 1.6T-class optical interconnects. The array aligns multiple bare fibers into a precision MT ferrule, while the lens couples the light path between the fiber array and the optical engine. This combination suits 400G, 800G and 1.6T data center applications, where efficient coupling and dense fiber packaging are required.
