Cat5e FTP Shielded Bulk Ethernet Cable 100m Spool PVC Blue

Overview

The FTP-2 is a 100-meter spool of Cat5e foiled twisted pair (FTP) bulk Ethernet cable with a blue PVC jacket. Unlike unshielded UTP, its overall foil screen wraps the four twisted pairs, giving gigabit links up to 1000Mbps at 100MHz extra protection against electromagnetic interference in noisy retrofit environments. The 24AWG solid bare copper conductors punch down cleanly into standard 110 panels and keystone jacks for permanent-link installations. The familiar blue PVC jacket keeps runs easy to trace through trays and conduits. It operates from -20C to 60C with installation between 0C and 50C, making it a practical shielded upgrade path for legacy Cat5e plants.
