100G QSFP28 Passive Direct Attach Copper Cable

Overview

The FT-100G is a 100G passive direct attach copper cable from F-tone Networks. It provides a straight QSFP28 to QSFP28 connection for short-reach links up to 5 meters. The passive twinax assembly draws very little power and offers a low-cost alternative to optical transceivers with fiber patch cords. Lengths from 0.5 m to 5 m are available, and multi-rate operation is supported. Commercial, industrial and military temperature grades can be selected. The cable suits intra-rack and adjacent-rack interconnects where cost, power and simplicity matter more than reach.
