1-5 Channel E1 Automatic Protection Switcher

Overview

The FT-1226 is an E1 switcher built on a dedicated large-scale integrated circuit, providing 1 to 5 independent channels of E1 switchover protection. In the default working mode, when the primary E1 line fails, the device automatically switches to the standby E1 line with no service interruption; when the primary line is repaired, it switches back automatically.

The whole process runs by itself with no need for manual monitoring or operation, protecting services that cannot tolerate line outages.
