FT-127MM-8 0.1 µm Diamond Fiber Polishing Film
The FT-127MM-8 is a 0.1 µm diamond fiber polishing film for lapping and precision polishing of fiber connector ferrules. Diamond powder is uniformly coated on a flexible 127 mm (5 inch) substrate with adhesives, producing submicron particles that deliver high polishing accuracy and a high removal rate. The flexible backing adapts to fine curved surfaces, and positioned lapping keeps abrasive consumption low. The film supports dry, water or oil polishing processes. Supplied as a single 127 mm disc, it serves fiber connector production, repair benches and precision optics workshops.
