Overview
The polarization-maintaining optical fiber mirror reflects 99% of incoming light back into the PM fiber path. Insertion loss is specified at 0.20 dB or less, and the extinction ratio is at least 20 dB, so the reflected signal retains its polarization quality. It handles up to 500 mW of optical power and operates from -20 to +70 °C. Built on PM Panda fiber, the mirror is available with bare fiber or 900 μm loose-tube pigtails and standard FC, SC and LC connector options.
